Refund Policy

Bolt Health offers membership plans on a variety of billing schedules — monthly, every two months, every six months, or annually — depending on the plans and promotional offers available at the time of your enrollment. The refund terms that apply to you depend on whether you enrolled on a month-to-month or prepaid plan.

Month-to-month members

Your first monthly payment is non-refundable. You can cancel any time after that.

Your first payment covers your initial blood panel, physician consultation, and the care coordination required to design your protocol — services that are rendered immediately upon enrollment. After your first month, you may cancel at any time through your member portal with at least 10 days' notice before your next billing date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Prepaid members

$499 of your first payment is non-refundable. You can cancel any time after your consultation and the balance will be refunded.

The non-refundable $499 covers your initial blood panel, physician consultation, and care coordination — services that begin immediately and cannot be reversed. After your consultation, if you choose not to continue, you may cancel and receive a refund of the remaining balance of your prepaid amount, provided you request cancellation. Refunds of eligible balances will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Lab and physician fees

Fees associated with completed laboratory tests and physician consultations are non-refundable. If a lab order has been issued but no draw has been completed, please call or email us to discuss your options.

Exceptions

Bolt Health will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in circumstances involving billing errors, duplicate charges, or service failures attributable to Bolt Health. To request a refund review, visit our call or email us with your account information and a description of the issue.
