Position Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people, communicates with clarity and empathy, and is comfortable using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls

  • Use our CRM (e.g., Zoho) to log interactions, track issues, and ensure follow-up

  • Assist customers with order questions, account setup, and subscription management

  • Escalate medical or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams

  • Help identify and document common customer pain points or FAQs

  • Represent the Bolt.Health brand with a warm, supportive tone

Requirements

  • Proven customer service or client-facing experience

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • High level of empathy, patience, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Based in or near Boulder, Colorado

Experience in telehealth, healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce

Previous remote work or startup environment experience

Compensation

Hourly rate: Competitive, based on experience

Flexible schedule (10–25 hours per week depending on demand)
