Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people, communicates with clarity and empathy, and is comfortable using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls
Use our CRM (e.g., Zoho) to log interactions, track issues, and ensure follow-up
Assist customers with order questions, account setup, and subscription management
Escalate medical or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams
Help identify and document common customer pain points or FAQs
Represent the Bolt.Health brand with a warm, supportive tone
Requirements
Proven customer service or client-facing experience
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High level of empathy, patience, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Based in or near Boulder, Colorado
Experience in telehealth, healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce
Previous remote work or startup environment experience
Compensation
Hourly rate: Competitive, based on experience
Flexible schedule (10–25 hours per week depending on demand)
